Package 2: The Accountability Package

What’s included:

  • Four 45–50 minute sessions in Prospect Park, focusing on strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility

  • Workout plans for two additional weekly sessions

  • Encouragement texts the day before scheduled workouts

  • Open line of communication to discuss questions or training concerns

Cost: $650
Timeframe: Use your sessions within 5 weeks

Initial Assessment

Before booking either package, we will meet for a 75-minute assessment and workout session to evaluate your goals, fitness level, and movement patterns.

Cost: $125

Group Fitness Classes with Move.Run.Play

All classes take place in Prospect Park. These sessions are a fun and motivating way to add community and accountability to your fitness routine while improving strength, stamina, and flexibility. Click here to check out the schedule.
