Workout plans for two additional weekly sessions
Encouragement texts the day before scheduled workouts
Open line of communication to discuss questions or training concerns
Cost: $650
Timeframe: Use your sessions within 5 weeks
Initial Assessment
Before booking either package, we will meet for a 75-minute assessment and workout session to evaluate your goals, fitness level, and movement patterns.
Cost: $125
Group Fitness Classes with Move.Run.Play
